For independent schools
From first search to first day.
Why schools cannot do this themselves
Paid search is a profession. Local SEO is a profession. Marketing automation, analytics, creative production and building admissions software are four more. No school employs all six, and no school should.
But the skills are only half of it. Someone still has to know which technology is worth buying, how to wire it together so the numbers mean anything, when to start advertising for an Open Day that is eight weeks out, and what should be happening in March that is different from August.
That is experience, not effort. It is the part you cannot hire your way out of with one person, and it is the part that quietly decides whether any of the rest of it works.
The how
Better ads. Better search. Better follow-up. Better care.
Add it up, and more families enrol.
One person, fully on your side. They know what needs to happen in March that is different from August, and they make it happen without you having to ask.
Granite, built specifically for a school's admissions office. Every enquiry lands in one place the second it arrives, on your forms and on WhatsApp, and gets a reply before the family even thinks about looking elsewhere.
Google Ads aimed straight at the suburbs you draw from, turned up around your Open Days when it matters most.
Showing up first when a parent two suburbs away searches tonight, and a clear picture of exactly where your competitors are beating you so we can close the gap.
A presence that makes your school look as good online as it feels in person, posted every week, all year, without it eating anyone's time.
Every family gets the red carpet, start to finish. Nobody slips through, nobody feels forgotten, and every experience reflects well on the school.
Every enrolment traced straight back to what worked. Clear numbers, every month, so next term's spend is a decision instead of a guess.
The software
There is software for selling insurance and software for selling software. Schools inherit this software, or use a spreadsheet, or a shared inbox. None of them know what an Open Day is, or that Grade 8 for 2028 is a decision a family takes eighteen months to make.

What you get
Not a list of services. The things you will see.

Most schools manage the first one and hope. The families go quietly in the other four.
Where we fit
Above the line a school is being found. Advertising, local search, social. That is what an agency sells, and it is where most help stops.
Below the line a family has asked a question and is waiting. At the first school we opened, six in ten of the families already lost were lost here, to silence. Nothing at the school was built for this part.
One school per area
We take on one independent school within 25 km. Your advertising, your search results, your admissions board, all set up to win the families your neighbours are also chasing.
We won't sell that to the school next door.

How we start
In that order.
Nothing gets lost any more. Every enquiry in one place, answered the minute it lands.
Advertising and local search live across your area, and your first Open Day run properly.
One report, every new family traced to what attracted them.
Proof
1 231 enquiries sitting in the system. Not one of them had a next action booked. Four in ten had no email address at all. Six in ten of the families they had already lost were lost to silence, not to a competitor.
Published with the school's permission. This is roughly where most independent schools are, and almost none of them know it. Which is why the first phase is spent stopping the leak, not spending money.
Since then
109 enquiries in three weeks at R78 each, every one traced to what produced it. 89% of the families who reach an offer enrol.

Two in ten chose another school. Fewer than one in ten on affordability.
What it's worth
The lifetime value of a student is their annual fee, for every year the family stays. Once you put your own numbers in, it becomes a business decision with a payback period, which is a much clearer decision to make.
At these numbers, every rand you invest this year comes back 16,4x over the time those students are with you.
Your numbers
What that means
After month 12, all our service costs are covered.
No promises we can't keep
Thank you. We will look at your area and give you a straight answer within one working day.
We turn schools away when we can't do the job properly, or when another school nearby already works with us.
Questions and close
We would rather answer the awkward questions now than in month three. The honest answers are in the FAQ below, including the two we get asked most: can you guarantee enrolments, and what happens if it does not work.
FAQ
We would rather answer these now than in month three.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we guarantee is that you will know exactly what produced every one of them, which is the thing you have never had, and the thing that lets you decide next year with evidence instead of instinct.
[Blocked. Needs the review point and the exit terms.]
Then you are covered on some of it. In our experience nobody is covering the middle three of the five stages, and that is where the families go. We are happy to look at what is running and tell you honestly whether you need us.
Never. The school owns the account, the card and the data, all of it, whichever way this goes. What keeps you with us is that it works, not that we are holding something of yours.
No. Advertising on its own is the cheapest and least valuable part of this, and alone it produces enquiries that then get lost. It is all of it or none of it.
Approvals. That is the honest answer. Work that is built but not signed off does nothing, so the one thing we will chase you for is a decision. The rest runs without you.
The enquiry side goes live first, so you will see what is happening inside a fortnight. Open Days need six weeks to run properly, so the first one is planned around your calendar rather than ours.
No. Independent schools only, one per area.
R30 000 a month for the Acquisition Engine. R10 000 for the Presence Engine if you take it, R40 000 for both. Media from R10 000, paid by the school on the school's own account and card. No setup fee.
